Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WEO API routing service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a routing gateway compatible with official OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs. Requests sent to our endpoint are forwarded to upstream model providers through redundant routing and optional edge caching. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Anthropic.

3. Accounts and Access Keys

You are responsible for safeguarding the access keys issued to your account and for all activity that occurs under them. Do not share your keys or expose them in client-side code or public repositories. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised so it can be rotated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the usage policies of upstream model providers.
• Generate or distribute malicious code, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security controls of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access in a manner that misrepresents the source of the Service.

5. Billing and Credits

The Service operates on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go model billed per token at the rates published on our site. New accounts may receive promotional testing credit. Charges are deducted from your balance as requests are processed. Promotional credits may carry conditions and can be modified or withdrawn for abuse. Except where required by law, paid amounts are non-refundable.

6. Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability through redundant upstream routing but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Published performance figures are targets, not warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may adjust rate limits or pricing, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs from upstream models will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEO API Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service, other users, or upstream providers. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
